Not only did Valerie personally lead me to where the products were, she also asked me a few simple questions like whether I had children or pets to make a recommendation on the best fit for me. She did this genuinely and completely unprompted - the kind of service that is above and beyond what box stores offer. The employees at this store have always been kind, friendly, and helpful, just like what I experienced today!
