  Good place for cheap tools. Some things are better quality then others. Sometimes you could get a name brand for the same price so just keep that in mind. If you need a tool to just use once or twice a year, this is the place to go generally.

  Manager refused to honor 20% coupon on non-excluded item. I had to go home, print out proof I could buy it at that price online, and go back to the store. Manager still refused to honor until I demanded he call corporate. They promptly told the manager to follow the policy... The manager on duty 7/30/2016 should be fired or at least sent to a class on how to deal with customers and follow the company policy without corporate forcing him to do so.
