  (Edit from a 5-star review) Picked out a remote start. Very helpful staff! However, the installation went poorly. The day after installation, the car wouldn't start. Had it towed to Mach 1, but it clearly wasn't a priority. Got it back at the end of the second day, but it then would start, stall, and start again. Brought it back again, with some additional items not working. One item (pit stop mode), in order to make it work needed two more relays at additional charge. Naturally, I didn't want them to work on it further. Throughout, they did not take responsibility for the issues. Once a sale is done, the customer loses importance.
