  meh, it's a low-overhead store with good prices and mediocre quality products. I still go there when I don't need high quality and know what I need. Getting help (not just finding someone, but someone that knows) is tricky. Just like it is with other big box, home improvement stores. I think they must train loss prevention staff there because 4 out of 5 times when shopping one of their obvious LP dorks gets in my way and even gives terrible advice. Home Depot and other Menards stores are better but if this one is closest to you, might as well go there. Or not. Whatever.
