  We sat at the "bar" area facing the cooks and prep area for our meal. Ten minutes had passed before a server came to take care of us. I ordered the Mac and Cheese, which was a salty, pre-made, luke warm, microwaved pile of (what tasted like) cheep knock off Velveeta mac and cheese. For the price and amount of food that was presented, I expected much more. Worst part of the experience was seeing several safety issues in kitchen as I was eating. Someone will get sick if this continues. I never saw any of the food prep staff wash their hands. Although they wore gloves, it doesn't help when you are touching everything without changing them. One of the prep cooks (wearing gloves) used an already dirty rag to wipe down a dirty cutting board and continue to prep food afterwards without changing gloves or washing hands. Another staff person cut some bread, proceeded to eat that while grabbing into pick up a couple pickles and eat those. These were the prime examples of poor sanitation/food prep. Suggestion not to have clear/glass see through area if the staff is going to do these sort of things. The entire experience made me re-think my decision to eat there. I should have gone to Subway instead.
